By purchasing a session the following terms & conditions are agreed to.

COVID

The Client and/or any individual attending the shoot confirms that they have not experienced any symptoms of fever, fatigue, difficulty breathing or other COVD-19 related symptoms or been around anyone who has within 14 days of the shoot date. They confirm that neither they nor any member of their household been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days​. They also confirm that they have not travelled internationally within the last 14 days.

RAW FILES​

Raw files are unfinished, unedited images in non-JPEG format and represent an incomplete end product. For that reason, the photographer will not under any circumstances provide RAW files.

 

Payment & Photo delivery

The cost and deposit (if applicable) are clearly stated within the Session description. The Client agrees to pay Photographer the deposit (if applicable) upon booking or before the date of the session.  The Session cost will be paid to the Photographer upon booking. All session fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if weather or an unforeseeable incident occurs. Images will be delivered to the Client via an online gallery within 14 days of the Session (unless specifically stated otherwise). RAW images are not for release or for sale. Photographer will use professional editing to deliver high-resolution photos to the Client.

Deposit (if applicable)

If applicable, a deposit is required towards the session fee. At the time of booking, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the session date. The deposit amount will be applied towards the session fee for the photography service. The deposit is not refundable.

Ordering

The Client may choose to have printing services completed by the Photographer for high-resolution, professional photography prints. Physical prints are not included in this agreement (unless specifically stated otherwise in the Session description) and will be charged at a separate rate. If Prints are ordered through the Photographer by the Client, the Photographer is not responsible for the damage of said prints after delivery to Client, including damage caused during transit by mail. Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt.

Copyright

The Photographer retains Copyright to all images created during the Client's session. All photographs taken by Natalie D'Souza of StoryTeller Photography are protected by Copyright Law and will remain the property of StoryTeller Photography.

Model Release

This serves as a model release giving the Photographer irrevocable rights to use the Photographs from the session. Client gives Photographer permission to use photos from the session for any marketing and/or advertising purposes whether it be in print or online. These photos may be used in all forms and in all media without restriction. Uses may be but are not limited to, advertising, promotion or other lawful purposes. They may be published anywhere for any length of time. StoryTeller Photography owns full rights to these images. The Photographer has the right to grant use of these images to third parties and any credit and or compensation is the property of StoryTeller Photographer. 

 

Archives

All images will be available for ordering for two (2) months from the date the Clients gallery is sent to them. After two (2) months, all images will be purged from Photographer's hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the Photographer at Photographer's sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond Photographers control. It is recommended that the Client download and store their copies in a secure manner.

Re-shoots

Re-Shoots are determined at the discretion of the Photographer. Re-Shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather-related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the Photographer.

Liability

Clients will be responsible for themselves and their children and release the Photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Photographer is not responsible or liable for any injuries sustained during the session.
